Our staff will help you decide whether to book in for a house visit, clinic visit or phone consultation.
Our head office is based in the southeastern suburbs of Sydney where we conduct our administrative work, but we do not see patients at this location. Instead, our veterinarians come to you!
We conduct house calls to the whole of the Greater Sydney region, and regularly make special trips to the Central Coast, Illawarra and parts of the Shoalhaven.
Due to COVID restrictions, we are currently not offering this service.
For remote clients
Clients located further away, including interstate, are encouraged to contact us regardless of their location, as some behavioural problems may be successfully managed over the phone. You will require a referral from your regular GP veterinarian as we will need to liaise closely with them for the duration of your pet’s treatment.
Please note however that due to National Recognition of Veterinary Registration rules, we are unable to provide veterinary advice to clients located in the NT or WA.
